Poster produced for the London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) advertising the 'West Riding Limited', the first streamline train, operating between Bradford, Leeds and King's Cross, London. The text box beneath the illustration of the train gives details of departure and arrival times. Artwork by Charles 'Shep' Shepherd, who studied art under Paul Woodroffe and was head of the studio at the Baynard Press. He designed posters for the Royal Mail Packet Steam Company and London Transport as well as SR.
