Description
Passenger train, hauled by an A4 class 4-6-2 locomotive number 60013 Dominion of New Zealand leaving York station, photographed by Eric Treacy, 1961. This streamlined locomotive was designed by Sir Nigel Gresley and was built at Doncaster works. It was mainly used to haul express passenger trains between London and Scotland.
