Poster produced by British Railways (BR) to mark the centenary of the Irish Mail route to Ireland via Holyhead and Don Laoghaire (Kingstown). The Irish Mail was the oldest named train in the world. In this poster, the train is shown leaving Robert Stephenson's mighty tubular bridge over the Menai Strait. Artwork by F H Glazebrook.
